To use the key system, a user with the correct credentials must log in to the system.
  1. Quickly authenticate via password, RFID card, face ID, or fingerveins; 
  2. Breath detection under camera monitoring;
  3. Select keys in seconds using convenient search and filter functions;
  4. LED light guide the user to the correct key within the cabinet;
  5. Close the door, and the transaction is recorded for total accountability;
  6. Return keys in time, otherwise alert emails will be sent to administrator.

Ristrict Key Access

Our smart key cabinet provides access control, and only authorized users can remove keys using a PIN code. Users then blow into an alcohol breathalyzer, and the system will confirm the test result as either pass or fail. If the test is passed, the door will be opened and the designated key will be released; if the test fails, the key will be refused to be released. All information will be recorded in the management report log.

This key solution can accommodate 40 keys per unit and supports the expansion of key capacity through multi-system connectivity. The system is equipped with a display screen, featuring concise and easy-to-understand menus, and includes a search function. The system can lock the keys in place when the key cabinet is opened. Only keys specified by the application can be released.
