Locking Key Slots
The i-KeyBox smart key cabinet can individually lock and control each key or key set, providing high security for sensitive assets. This provides your organization with strict control over who can access each asset and when.
Each key slot is equipped with red and blue dual color LED lights, which conveniently guide users to quickly find the correct position without the need for manual marking one by one.
RFID based key tags are durable, passive, contactless, maintenance-free, and can be quickly identified by the system for accurate and comprehensive auditing of all key logs.
Controller
The controller is a simple and intelligent control unit suitable for key management systems in small local area networks. It comes with a unique administrator account for setting up the system. Users can verify themselves through fingerprint recognition, identification cards, or entering a PIN.
At the controller , users use an integrated keyboard to select the desired key. The i-keybox system guides users to the correct key position.
Desktop Management Software
It is a desktop application based on the Windows system, which does not rely on internet connection and can independently achieve full key control and audit tracking in your office network.
Isolated Application
For this kind of application, a server or similar machine (PC, laptop or VM) is needed to hold the database server and the application server including our administration. Each cabinet can communicate with this server while all client PCs are able to reach the administration website. This does not require any internet connection at all.
