The Electronic Key Drop Box is a car dealership and rental key management system that provides automated key control and security. The key drop box features a touchscreen controller that allows users to generate one-time PINs to access the key, as well as view key records and manage physical keys. The key pick up self-service option allows customers to retrieve their keys without assistance.

See How It Works?
- The customer writes the correct vehicle and personal details on a sticky note, places it in a sealed bag along with the key, and drops it off in the key drop box;
- The service manager promptly retrieves the key, locks it in an available spot within the drop box upon completing the agreed service, and generates a one-time password to be provided to the customer;
- Customers pick up the correct key from the key drop box using the provided password.
